Research
Computational biology of infective diseases. Bacterial immune systems (CRISPR/Cas and restriction-modification) and their role in modulating horizontal transfer of pathogenic genes. Quantitative understanding of infection progression in population, with applications to COVID-19. A secondary interest is Computational Physics, problems in Quark−Gluon Plasma.
