Anđela Stekić was born on June 7, 1996 in Belgrade. She graduated from the Miloš Crnjanski Elementary School in 2011, and the Fourth Belgrade Gymnasium in 2015 as a student of the generation. She graduated from the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, Department of Molecular Biology and Physiology in 2019 with an average grade of 9,56. In the same year, she enrolled in master's studies in the Neurobiology module, which she completed with an average grade of 10,00. She obtained the title of Master of Biology in 2020 after defending her master's thesis entitled "Comparative analysis of kinetic properties, expression and cellular localization of adenosine deaminase by regions of the rat brain" with a grade of 10, which was awarded the "Ivan Đaja" award for the best master's thesis in the field of physiology in the academic year 2020/2021. She enrolled in doctoral studies in the submodule Translational Research in Neurobiology and Biomedicine in 2020.
