Research area

Narrower scientific areas of research within biophysics – computational systems biology and bioinformatics. Modeling and quantitative analysis of the regulation of the expression of bacterial immune systems (restriction-modification, CRISPR-Cas, as well as toxin-antitoxin systems). Identification of key predictors of the scale of the COVID-19 epidemic among various environmental factors using nonlinear dynamic modeling and bioinformatics methods.
