Cultivation of mushroom mycelia and study of the influence of metals on mycelia metabolism (study of the capacity for vanadium uptake and metabolism and the status of vanadium in the cell, as well as the influence of vanadate on phosphate metabolism of edible mushrooms in order to study the antidiabetogenic activity of extracts).
