Research area

Medicinal and aromatic plants, especially of the Lamiaceae family, and among them species of the genus Salvia (sage): research into the micromorphological, cytological and anatomical characteristics of these plants, especially their glandular trichomes; analysis of the chemical composition and various biological activities of essential oils and extracts.
