The following can be enrolled in a study program without an entrance exam:

1. A person who has acquired higher education through first-level academic studies, as well as a person who has completed basic studies in accordance with the regulations that were in force before the entry into force of the Law on Higher Education («Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia», No. 76/05, 100/07 - authentic interpretation, 68/15 and 87/16);
2. A student at another higher education institution who has achieved at least 60 ECTS credits in an academic study program at another higher education institution under the conditions prescribed by the faculty or university;
3. A student of a faculty within the University who is enrolled in one study program may enroll in another study program within the same faculty under the conditions established by the study program, or in the manner and according to the procedure established by the general acts of the faculty;
4. A student whose student status has ceased in accordance with the Law, due to withdrawal from studies or failure to enroll in the school year, if they have achieved 60 ECTS credits, under the conditions prescribed by the faculty.

Such a person can only enroll as a self-financing student and is not included in the approved number of students for a particular study program, and retains the status of a self-financing student until the end of their studies.

If the public document, i.e. diploma or certificate of completion of the study program, was acquired on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the decision on the recognition of passed exams, i.e. ESP points, is made by the Faculty's Teaching and Scientific Council, i.e. the University's Study Council.

Person delivers:

1. Written application for enrollment no later than the expiration of the second competition deadline for enrollment;
2. Request for exam recognition, study program, certificate of passing the exams and proof of payment of the exam recognition fee.

If the public document with which the candidate applies for enrollment without an entrance exam was obtained abroad, the recognition procedure must be carried out in accordance with the Law and the general act of the University. Candidates are required to submit to the faculty a confirmation of the initiated recognition procedure along with other documentation when applying.

A student at another university, or another independent higher education institution, cannot be entered to the University, or to a higher education unit within it, if he has 60 or fewer ECTS credits remaining until the end of the study program at the higher education institution where he is enrolled.

Persons who have the right to enroll without taking an entrance exam may exercise that right if the faculty has the necessary facilities and other conditions. The deadline for completing the enrollment of candidates enrolling without an entrance exam is October 15 of the current year.
