The Commissioner for Equality is responsible for preventing and combating sexual harassment of employees and students, as well as combating all forms of discrimination, especially on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation. The Commissioner organizes the implementation of appropriate measures to inform and train employees and students on these topics, and leads the procedure for protection against sexual harassment.
