The Innovation Incubator of the Faculty of Biology, after receiving the highest grade in the first year of operation (2024), was approved in principle to continue the project for the second year (2025). Unfortunately, due to a lack of funds, the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation was unable to finance further work. Consequently, the Innovation Incubator project is in a dormant status until further notice.

The Innovation Incubator of the Faculty of Biology supports and develops the entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovative ideas of students, teachers and researchers of the Faculty of Biology and helps them turn these ideas into concrete products.
Our Mission
We support and develop the entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovative ideas of students, teachers and researchers of the Faculty of Biology. With the mentoring and advisory support of experienced experts, we encourage the establishment of startup companies and the realization of innovative ideas in the field of biotechnology into commercially available products and technological solutions.
Our Vision
We are an inspiration and support for new ideas that, when implemented, will improve the quality of life. By developing and implementing new solutions, we create positive social change and build bridges between academia and industry.
