The alienation will be carried out by public bidding on May 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Botanical Garden "Jevremovac" in Belgrade, Takovska 43, which can be attended by any legal entity or individual who previously pays a deposit of 10.000,00 dinars to the bank account of the Faculty of Biology number 840-32907845-89 with the invitation number 1541/1.
The deposit is held:
- If an interested party pays a deposit but does not participate in the public bidding;
- If the bidder whose bid was declared the most favorable does not sign the contract within 8 days from the date of receipt of the invitation to conclude the contract;
- If the highest bidder signs the contract but does not pay the entire purchase price within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The deposit, if the bidder is not selected as the most favorable bidder, is returned within 8 days from the date of the decision to select the most favorable bidder.
The costs of transferring ownership of the vehicle are borne by the buyer.
